The Greenaway at Rolleston has everything needed, including a full-sized conference hall with stage, presentation sound and lighting systems, a smaller meeting room for those more intimate meetings, catering facilities, bar and a delightful relaxing patio area with seating overlooking open countryside.


If you need local accommodation, it is available in the village at The Crown Inn and Racecourse Farm



Why not mix business with pleasure? Southwell Racecourse can arrange packages including a hospitality box from which to enjoy the afternoon's sport of kings - and perhaps even a pound or two profit!


Southwell Racecourse also offers an 18 hole golf course.

The Main Hall is equipped with a stage, professional presentation sound and lighting systems and can accommodate between 160 - 180 people in theatre style seating and 110 people in cabaret style seating


The Meeting Room  Is perfect for committee and private meetings and is furnished with boardroom table and seating with access to the outside patio.


The Entrance and Atrium Hiring the Hall gives access to this welcoming area with its own bar, which can be used as a reception or time-out area for drinks. From the Atrium you also have access to the patio which has additional outdoor seating.


The Kitchen  Is professionally equipped and can be used to prepare both hot and cold food. Outside caterers can be organised if required.
